The hand-held coring machine is easy to shake, resulting in position deviation. In the lifting position, make a ruler position according to the
Road Studs depth of 6 CM to avoid
Road Studs drilling too deep and shallow, drilling too deep,
Road Studs Studs sink into the ground, light cannot be emitted, and if the drilling is too shallow,
Road Studs will protrude from the ground plane, aggravating the impact of vehicles on it, and shortening the life of

Road Studs Installation:
After the grooving and drilling are completed, the installation can be continued after the holes are dried with a musket. If there is water, there will be a problem that the adhesive does not bond with the Road Studs and the road surface.
Put each
Road Studs into the hole to test the depth of the hole. If it is too deep, use asphalt stones to level it. If it is too shallow, adjust it with an electric hammer. To ensure that the depth of the holes is just right, the top of the product only protrudes from the road surface by 6 mm.
Connect the
Road Studs to each other, pass through a PVC pipe with an inner diameter greater than 0.8cm, and use an electric iron to weld the joints firmly.
Road Studs Adhesive:
The epoxy resin provided by Yuanda Ming is 1:1 ratio, and 20-30% cement is added to ensure that the circumference of each hole and the bottom surface are evenly coated, put in the
Road Studs and adjust the direction of the light.
After testing the complete
Road Studs for normal operation, the road surface restoration can be carried out.
