Principle of
Solar Studs powder electrostatic spraying: Electrostatic spraying uses the principle of high-voltage electrostatic corona electric field to connect the metal guide cup at the head of the spray gun with the high-voltage negative electrode, the workpiece to be coated is grounded to form a positive electrode, and a strong electrostatic field is formed between the spray gun and the workpiece. When conveying gas (compressed air), the powder coating is sent from the powder supply barrel to the powder guide cup of the spray gun through the conveying powder pipe, and the guide cup is joined with the high-voltage negative electrode to generate corona discharge. There is a dense charge around, and the powder is negatively charged. Under the action of static electricity and compressed air, the powder is evenly adsorbed on the workpiece.
