Chongqing City, Hangzhou City, Xiamen City, Ningxuan Expressway, Henan Sanxi Expressway, Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway Double Line (Chongqing), Jiangxi Changzhang Expressway Reconstruction and Expansion Project, Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao (Jingshi Section, Shi'an Section) Expressway Highways, Lianyungang Port, Tianjin Port, Guangzhou Port, and Qingdao Port are rated as excellent; Beijing, Wuxi, Wuhan, and Yunnan Mazhao Expressway are rated as good; other project units are rated as qualified. Project units with a good assessment grade or above will be awarded the honorary titles of "Green Traffic Road Studs City", "Green Road Studs Highway" and "Green Road Studs Port".
Since 2020, with the support of special funds for energy conservation and emission reduction in transportation, the Ministry has organized the creation of green transportation demonstration projects such as green transportation provinces (cities, highways, ports), including 4 green transportation provincial projects and 27 green transportation cities. projects, 20 green road projects and 11 green port projects.
The development of the creation work has produced significant energy saving and emission reduction effects, promoted a number of green transportation technologies, formed a number of green transportation system standards, explored a set of green Road Studs transportation project creation models, and played a good demonstration and leading role. It has strongly supported the implementation of the Ministry's "14th Five-Year Plan" energy saving and emission reduction targets.
