Traffic Warning Signs is the ninth generation of Traffic Warning Signs newly developed by Ruichen Technology. It is mainly used in traffic road ramps, school intersections, intersections, turns, multi-pedestrian passages and other dangerous road sections or bridges that have potential safety hazards, as well as heavy fog and visibility. It can be seen on low mountain roads. It is like a human safety guard, reminding drivers to pay attention to safe driving day and night! Let's introduce the installation method of the third generation Traffic Warning Signs.
1. When installing, lay it flat first, and install the cover. Use M4 self-tapping screws to fix one end of the cover first, then fix the other end around the light panel slot, and finally fix the two screws in the middle (as shown in Figure 1).
2. Install solar panels. Align the bracket at the top of the housing with the hole, put the matching nut plate into the housing slot, and tighten the screws from the outside to the inside (as shown in Figure 2).
3. Install Traffic Warning Signs yellow flashing light embracing ring. The two holding rings are aligned with the 4 internal threaded holes respectively and locked with the matching M12*15 screws. (The installation direction of the two embracing rings should be determined according to the horizontal or vertical installation on site) (Figure 3).
4. Align the arc of the hoop and use the matching hoop to install the product on the light pole, connect the plug of the solar panel, turn on the power switch, and the yellow flashing light works and the installation is completed.
5. The diameter of the pole is Φ76~Φ109 can be used. Adjust the solar panel so that it is perpendicular to the sun for the best light. Usually, in the southern region, the solar panel faces south and forms an angle of 20°~30° with the ground plane, and in the northern area, the solar panel faces south and forms an angle of 30°~45° with the ground plane.
