Road Studs construction project PPP project (Yangshan Tunnel) in the extension of Shenzhen Road in the southern new district of Qixingguan District, Bijie City was completed and opened to traffic. The
Road Studs project on the extension of Shenzhen Road is constructed as an urban main road.
The starting point on the east side is connected to the completed Shenzhen Road, and the ending point on the west side is connected to the existing Caohai Avenue. The driving speed is 40km/h, two-way 6 lanes, and the estimated total investment is 823.1013 million yuan.
The Shenzhen Road Project is the first
Road Studs PPP project in Qixingguan District, Bijie City, which adopts the cooperation model between the government and social capital. The pressure on financial funds has improved the efficiency of the use of financial funds, project construction and operation and maintenance.
